Cost Estimate: $1.2M - $1.5M The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment transportation and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: Demolition of Existing Improvements, Grading and Earthwork, Utility Work (Including Water, Sewer, and Storm Drainage), Retaining Walls, New Walkways and Stairs, New Playground Area and Equipment, New Post-tension Tennis Courts, New Pavilion, Expanded Parking Area, Electrical and Lighting, and Landscape and Irrigation Work, and All Appurtenant Work; All in Accordance With the Drawings and Specifications Prepared by the Landscape Architect. The Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the project is between $1.3 - $1.5 Million Contract Documents may be examined at the offices of the Landscape Architect or Centerville Public Works Dept. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Centerville City. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening.
