**As of February 23, 2021, bid date was postponed last week and a new date has not yet been set. The Project consists of replacing the five filtered water turbidity analyzers; programming and upgrades to the existing SCADA system to add the new turbidity analyzers; replacing the combined filtered water sample pump; rehabilitation of the existing five gravity filters including filter media replacement and concrete repair and coating work; installation of vertical turbine flocculators, support bridges, controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and stainless steel baffle walls in the two flocculator basins; upgrading the existing 3.0 million gallons above ground, open air, rectangular, concrete Raw Water Reservoir including concrete repair and coating work, installation of an anti-vortex collar on the existing outlet pipe and trashrack bar guards on the overflow pipes, and the installation of floating ball reservoir cover; including all electrical work; and all else required at the City's Water Treatment Plant. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with an additive alternate bid item as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
