Single Bid (lump sum all trades) General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Roofing - Tile/Slate/Shingles (C072) $122,409 IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 52:32-2, THIS PROJECT SHALL BE BID AS A SINGLE BID (LUMP SUM ALL TRADES). BIDDER MUST BE CLASSIFIED THEMSELVES OR NAME THEIR CLASSIFIED SUBCONTRACTOR(S) FOR THE FOLLOWING TRADE(S): Roofing - Tile/Slate/Shingles (C072) All Bidders Are Urged to Limit the Number of Representatives to Attend the Pre-bid Meeting in Order to Keep the Number of Attendees to a Minimum in Order to Comply With Covid-19 Related Social Distancing Guidelines. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
