Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Lift Station No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to blasting the wet well walls, applying repair mortar and recoating the wet well; demolishing and replacing riser piping, guide rails, chains and supports; demolishing and replacing four (4) submersible pumps and the control panel; installing safety nets in the access hatches; repairing the access hatches; repairing the fence; demolishing, replacing and relocating all valves, fittings and the force main header on top of the slab; filling the valve vault with sand; providing bypass pumping while the work is being performed and other miscellaneous electrical items and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. Lift Station No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to installing safety net in the access hatches, blasting and recoating the drain line, cleaning the wet well, demolishing and replacing the riser piping, guider rails, chains and supports, demolishing and replacing two (2) submersible pumps; blasting the wet well walls, applying repair mortar and recoating; repairing the ladder in the valve vault; replacing the air release valve and the discharge piping; replacing insulation for the backflow preventer; constructing a doghouse manhole on the influent sanitary sewer line inside the site fence; replacing the gate hinges and mounting the gate to be plumb with the posts and installing a caster and roller on the gate leaf; providing bypass pumping while the work is being performed and other miscellaneous electrical items and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station.
