Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Magnolia, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees, Magnolia Independent School District, for the Alpha Academy Additions Project. Construction of a New Addition to the Alpha Center for the Magnolia Independent School District. The Alpha Center Addition is approximately 6,000 sq. feet consisting of a media center area, two classrooms, six small group instruction rooms and restrooms. Proposers will be expected to comply with the Proposal Evaluation Criteria published in the Document AP Selection Criteria and Contractor Information Sheet of the Proposal Documents. Proposers will also be expected to comply with any addenda as may be issued prior to date of the proposal opening.
