Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Tavares, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Hardening and retrofitting of the City Hall building to include, but not limited to, replacing windows, doors, louvers, and roof to provide protection against 140 MPH winds, as stated in the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) DR-4283-19-R and per the Construction Documents. This is a HMPG project and all federal wage and reporting rules apply. The City of Tavares reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and/or to accept the bid that in its best judgment will be in the best interest of the City.
