As of November 14,2019 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project is to replace four pavilions located in Murray Park, referred to as pavilions 1, 2, 3, and 4. Project includes; demolition of current pavilions, rough landscaping, asphalt, concrete, assembly of new pavilions, replacement of concrete, pathways and landscaping as outlined in construction documents. Murray City to direct purchase pavilions. Bid Security (Bond) for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Murray City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informalities in any bid as its best interest appear. All Proposals are subject to the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) Utah Code 63G-2-101 et seq. If proposer believes any information should be held confidential for business reasons, the proposer must submit a written claim of business confidentiality for the particular information and include a specific statement of the reasons supporting each claim of confidentiality pursuant to Utah Code 63G 2 305(2)(c).
