Renovation of a military facility in Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The projected magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated contract is a Firm Fixed Price and Total Small Business award. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 60 days from the contract award date to closeout. Submit any technical or contractual questions via email to the POC by 1 May 2019, 10:00 AM. Proposals must be valid up to 30 days after the submission deadline. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 with total price. Proposals must include Section B with a price for Item 0001 and Item 0002. If you cannot or elect not to attend the site visit, you may still submit a proposal via email. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
