The New York State Thruway Authority is soliciting bids for Ready-Mix Concrete pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law (PAL) 2879(3). This procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article [15-A and/or 17-B] of the New York State Executive Law. Note: this opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) Set Aside. Only NYS Certified SDVOBs are allowed to respond to this opportunity.
