CR Number: 2054536 The NYS Thruway Authority has the need to establish a contract for ready- mixed concrete for its Syracuse and Buffalo Divisions as per the detailed specifications. The New York State Thruway Authority is soliciting bids for Ready-Mix Concrete pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law (PAL) 2879(3). This procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article [15-A and/or 17-B] of the New York State Executive Law. Note: this opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) Set Aside. Only NYS Certified SDVOBs are allowed to respond to this opportunity. Be advised that there is a law in effect that affects lobbying on procurement contracts; further information about the law and its implementation at the Authority/Corporation can be found on the Authority Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: Yes Contract term: Date of Approval through September 30, 2020.
