As of November 14, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Building Committee is soliciting proposals from architectural firms to form a design team should consist of, but not limit to architect, MEP, civil engineer, structural engineer, and landscape architect to undertake the design and engineering of the Project, which may include the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Bidding and Award portions of the Project. This will be a phased, and multi-year contract. The architect shall not proceed to each next phase of the Project until a written Notice to Proceed is issued. The Town of Greenwich, Julian Curtiss Building Committee, and the District/School Administration reserves the right to reject any and all responses not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Greenwich. Each also reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal.
