This will be a phased, and multi-year contract. The architect shall not proceed to each next phase of the Project until a written Notice to Proceed is issued. The Town of Greenwich, Julian Curtiss Building Committee, and the District/School Administration reserves the right to reject any and all responses not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Greenwich.
