Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 34,061-square-foot, three-story above grade, one-story below grade development; and for site work for a development.

Conservation Centre Project building consists of two new buildings totaling about 30,000 square feet including alterations to the one-storey Membership building for administration and retail spaces. The New Building will include a two-storey building with four post-secondary teaching classrooms and laboratory (wet and dry) labs. The Conservation Centre will be a state-of-the-art community gathering point and has retail, otter habitat, otter holding area, Blanding turtle head-starting facility, and a rooftop terrace. This major revitalization is the new front entrance which includes guest admissions office space, labs, classrooms, and guest washrooms. TIMELINE: Ceremonial Groundbreaking was held May 2024.
