Site work for a water / sewer project in Alexandria, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated Cost is between $300K and $320K. The Project is generally described as follows: Sandblasting and Repainting of Interior and Exterior of the Six-Foot Tank Interior Sandblasting and Repainting, Exterior Pressure Washing of the Sulfur Springs Tank Exterior Pressure Washing of Five (5) Additional Tanks Miscellaneous Repairs of Each Tank The Owner requires the Project to be complete within one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from date of notice to proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond executed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make bonds in the State of Alabama, or cashier's check drawn on an Alabama bank in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Owner's estimated cost or of the Contractor's bid price but not more than $50,000.00. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00200 - Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
