Limitation of responsibility: the city does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Tender and performance guarantees: the financial guarantees to be provided and other applicable requirements in this regard are specified in the tender documents.
