The estimated range of construction cost is $450,000 to $550,000. Project includes: Base bid: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to provide a comprehensive replacement of the roof including parapets and HVAC improvements and associate work in accordance with the bidding and contract documents. Bid Option No. 1 Clean and prepare all building elevations to be painted, paint plaster on all building elevations. Performance Period: All work shall be completed within two hundred ten (210) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Minimum Experience Requirements: Bidder must meet minimum qualifications requirements as stipulated in Division 1 - General Requirements, Section 01000 - Special Conditions, paragraph 1.32 to be eligible for contract award.
