Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in North Chili, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Town of Chili will receive sealed Proposals for the Town of Chili Community Center Facility The work consists of General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection work for a New Library, Senior Center and Recreation facility at: Town of Chili Memorial Park Rochester, NY 14624 Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts: Contract D: General Trades Contract E: Mechanical Contract F: Electrical Contract G: Plumbing and Fire Protection Previous contracts have been awarded for Site Work, Foundations, and Structural Steel. Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project. Bid Format: Sealed envelope addressed to Town of Chili and be designated as Town of Chili Community Center Facility -Contract D - General Trades Town of Chili Community Center Facility - Contract E - Mechanical Town of Chili Community Center Facility - Contract F - Electrical Town of Chili Community Center Facility - Contract G - Plumbing and Fire Protection Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
