Laguna Shores Road - Graham Road to SPID This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 3,100 LF of Laguna Shores Road from Graham Road to S. Padre Island Drive with new HMAC (Base Bid 1) or Concrete (Base Bid 2) pavement. Also included are the expansion of ONeill Channel, replacement of culverts, replacement of water infrastructure, and replacement and rehabilitation of wastewater infrastructure including the mitigation plan for environmental impacts, specifically the hydrologic restoration of the adjacent Redhead Pond through stormwater rerouting and Laguna Shores Living Shoreline, which consists of construction of a living shoreline feature adjacent to Laguna Shores Road at Graham Road. Work includes mobilization/demobilization, placement and maintenance of silt fence, existing debris removal, placement of geotextile fabric and rock, grading of the marsh area and upland slope, marsh vegetation planting, multiple hydrographic and topographic surveys for measurement, payment substantiation and work acceptance purposes, and, all other subsidiary work.
