Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Stallings, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of refurbishment of an existing elevated tanked tank as summarized below on a lump sum bid. A. Refurbishment of a 0.5-million-gallon fluted column steel elevated storage tank including painting and coating B. Alternative for Town of Stallings Logo to be painted on tank. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a stipulated lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders are required to comply with the non-collusion requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Union County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
