For furnishing all labor, material, equipment and other things necessary for the complete construction of: Project No./Project Name:Lost Mountain Road at Midway Road / Mirror Lake Drive Intersection Improvements Project Description:The project consists of realigning the intersection of Lost Mountain Road and Midway Road to create a four-way signalized intersection with Lost Mountain Road and Mirror Lake Drive. Additionally, turn lanes will be added to support the increase in turning movements. Cobb County Water System work is included in this project. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 365 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation. Contractor and their subcontractors are required to be in compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. Cobb County will affirmatively comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(s).
