The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete replacement of approximately 680 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron force main with PVC force main. Work also consists of replacement of sewage combination air valves and vaults as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by HDR Engineers. The Work is located north of Highland Pike on both sides of CSX railroad within the Owners service area in Kenton County, Kentucky. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Successful Bidder shall furnish a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond with a Surety company satisfactory to the OWNER. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
