The work site is located on 20 Traver Road in the Town of Wilton, New York. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including but not necessarily limited to the following: Exterior renovation of the existing Town Court Building. Removal and replacement of the exterior metal building panels. Removal and replacement of the judges chambers located on the south side of the building. Construction of a canopy at the southwest corner of the building. Construction of a vestibule at the main entrance to the building. Installation of a new roofing system. Site enhancements at the front of the existing building. Contract Documents will be provided electronically on compact disc (CD) in PDF format and may be obtained by emailing a request to cdooley@mjels.com. There will be no cost for the CD of shipping via USPS mail. Alson, the CD does not need to be returned. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids.
