Work of this contract comprises of an addition to HUSAR (Heavy Urban Search and Rescue) Building at 21 Old Eglinton Avenue, Toronto. Work includes the selective demolition and new work to facilitate the addition of a 553 sq. m expansion to existing building as outlined in the contract documents.
