The City of Ashland is seeking bids for the North Mountain Park Nature Play Area Construction Project. The General Character of the work for this Project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the North Mountain Park Nature Play Area Construction Project including, but not limited to, the following major work items: - children's water pump with simulated stream channels - sand play area with underground drainage - concrete splash apron - ADA ramp - climbing and balancing logs - boulder pile for climbing - cut stump path - stabilized beams and movable branches for shelter building - a decomposed granite path - log seating - brick pavers for donor acknowledgement - log puncheon/boardwalk - split rail fencing - playground chips and log edgers defining play zones - reconstruction of a segment of paved bike path In accordance with AMC Section 2.50.080, competitive sealed bids may be available online, but bidders will NOT be able to submit their bids or responses online. Bids must be delivered in hard copy form to the City in accordance with the requirements outlined in the ITB. Individuals that obtain the solicitation materials electronically are responsible for regularly checking for subsequently issued instructions, addenda, and related materials.
