Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Garden Level (Office) Tenant Improvement - This project is to renovate the existing office space to office space for the City of Kelowna Finance (or Other) Department. Work includes exterior envelope upgrades, new interior layout, partitions, fixtures, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and finishes. First Floor (Meeting Rooms) Tenant Improvement - This project is to renovate the existing office space to meeting room spaces for the use of Kelowna City Hall. Work includes an exterior opening and ramp access, new interior layout, partitions, fixtures, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and finishes. Renovation work will need to be completed in such a manner that staff can continue with a minimum of disruptions. Contractor will need to erect and maintain hoarding to protect staff and public areas, while isolating building systems such as HVAC systems.
