Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dahlonega, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the demolition and construction of new ADA compliant travel paths to the Lumpkin County Mental Health Building located at 150 Johnson St, Dahlonega Georgia and the Lumpkin County Senior Center located at 266 Mechanicsville Rd, Dahlonega Georgia. Based on project cost and available funding, Lumpkin County may opt to complete all demolition work in house. If the county takes this option, county staff will coordinate with the contractor to phase demolition so not to prohibit public access to the buildings or impair construction progress. All questions concerning this ITB must be submitted in writing, (email is preferred but fax and mail may also be used) to the Purchasing Agent no later than 12:00 PM, August 15, 2019. Addenda shall be posted to the county website, www.lumpkincounty.gov, no later than 5:00 PM, August 19, 2019. A signed copy of any addenda shall accompany submitted bids. Contractors are advised to check the website for addenda before submitting their bids.
