Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Folsom, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of: Construction of a parking lot improvements consisting of, but not limited to the following: grading/deposit of existing unclassified material, installation of (haul-in/grade/ compact) limestone (type 610) (4" thick), installation of PCC concrete parking, installation of parking logs, miscellaneous clearing and sitework, demolition, installation of (haul-in/grade/ compact) backfill and other related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
