Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The project consists of replacing the windows located occasionally at the end of the STU and V wings of the Roger-Gaudry pavilion, which is a heritage building, and carrying out masonry repair work adjacent to the replaced windows. All work will be carried out on all floors in the West sector of the Roger-Gaudry pavilion, from level 2 to level 7 inclusively. This work will be carried out in parallel with other work on the Roger-Gaudry pavilion, namely the projects for the reassignment of spaces in the Roger-Gaudry pavilion. The windows to be demolished are themselves replacement windows that have passed their life cycle and do not respect the original design for these windows. The objective of this project is to enhance the original elevations with new windows with opening shutters that respect the characteristic heritage elements of these windows. The brick masonry for one of the wings will be ordered directly from the supplier by the owner via a direct supply contract. The brick masonry for the other wings must be identical to the bricks that are the subject of the direct supply, and the supply is part of this call for tenders. It should be noted that the building will be partially occupied during the duration of the works.
