Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work Includes the removal and replacement of the Rose Street Bridge at the intersection of Rose Street and 3rd Avenue. Work will also include, but not be limited to, micro pile foundation, concrete slab bridge construction, concrete sidewalk, ADA curb return ramps, curb, gutter, brick pavers, storm sewer main and laterals, hydrodynamic separators, water main, earthwork, grading, asphalt concrete paving, electrical, striping and signing.
