The City of San Jose ("City") is soliciting proposals ("Proposals") from short-listed Design-Build (defined below) entities ("Proposers") to program, design, construct, connect utilities from existing stub- out locations, test, and commission the 9308 - New Facilities Division Building(s) Re-Bid ("Project") at the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport ("Airport" and "SJC") The Project's scope is inclusive of (i) removing certain Airport-owned equipment ("Existing Equipment") from the existing facilities location ("Existing Facilities"); (ii) relocating, installing and activating the Existing Equipment to the new facilities location ("New Facilities"); (iii) demolition of an above-ground general aviation shelter ("GA Shelter"); (iv) realignment of a fence line at Coleman Avenue ("Realignment Fence Line"); (iv) installing two (2) above-ground fuel tanks with proper containment and (vi) a fully furnished car wash and wash rack and (vii) other miscellaneous site elements and improvements.
