Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of June 2020, a general contractor has been awarded. Scope of work is to include all necessary labor, materials and equipment for building the new Institute of Climate and Health. The scope of work for this project consists of renovations of approximately 2,700 SF at 4th floor IHP to house the SUNY Institute for Climate & Health with specialized research labs, research faculty offices and related support spaces. There are going to be three research laboratories: BSL level 1, 2 and 3. An interstitial space will be built over the renovated spaces in order to allow service to MEP systems without interruption to labs operations, and obstruction to research safety. Provide materials, labor and equipment to build the new Institute for Climate & Health as per construction documents. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 275 calendar days, after all final approvals, which may include approvals of the New York State Attorney General and the Office of the State Comptroller. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at: SUNY Upstate, Contracts & Campus Purchasing, 650 South Salina Street, 2nd Floor, Syracuse, NY 13202 Plan & Print Systems Inc. will print and distribute sets of drawings and specifications manuals.
