Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals including but not limited to the removal of existing rock rip-rap, concrete bag retaining walls, and broken concrete pads; and regrade lake banks and install large stone rip-rap at Ray Roberts Lake State Park Isle Du Bois Unit as set forth and in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. The estimated range of construction cost is $1,200,000.00 to $1,400,000.00.
