This is a single prime project for work located at Kingsborough Community College. Work includes but not limited to: Demolition of existing walls, light fixtures and associated wiring. Furnish and install new cabinets, doors, electric strikes, ceiling tiles, new flooring interior windows and glazing. Furnish and install new ductwork, dampers, misc. HVAC and electrical items. Provide associated telecom and electrical for new furniture by others. Estimated Cost Range is $700,00- $750,000.
