Subsurface Investigation consisting of 4 Mud Rotary Wash Borings, Laboratory Testing and Geotechnical Data Report. Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with BAVN. This TOS is only applicable to the top three (3) consultants: Geosyntec Consultants, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and Converse Consultants from the Pre-Qualified On-Call Geotechnical and Environmental Consultant Services List. Although it is our intention to move forward, the City always retains the right to award or not to award any part or all the Task Order (TO) based solely on its convenience and shall not be responsible for any solicitation response costs. You may elect to email your proposal to jose.beristain@lacity.org prior to the deadline. Please call Jose Beristain at 213-847-0478 to confirm receipt of your proposal. An emailed proposal shall be followed-up with the delivery of the required hard copy. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
