Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves park improvements including, the installation of an asphalt multi-use trail, a rain garden, underground stormwater management facilities, site grading and installation of a multipurpose athletic field, curbing, installation of a paved parking area, and all appurtenant work. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and a separate labor and materials bond both in the amount of 100% of the contract.Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owners reserve the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
