Phase 2 Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project shall be located in Hubbard, Iowa at locations in the plans and generally described as: Sewer along E Chestnut St from S Michigan to S Illinois St; Sewer along S Michigan St north of W Elm St; Sewer along S Illinois St from E Ash St to E Elm St; Sewer along S Victor St from E Elm St to south of E Ash St; Televising & cleaning along Alley south of Maple St between Michigan St to Illinois St; Televising & cleaning along N State Street north of Maple St. The Phase 2 Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project includes removal and replacement of sanitary sewer main in locations identified in the contract documents. The construction improvements include full depth patches (~904 SY), sanitary sewer spot repairs (~8 EA), cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer (~1,102 LF), removal & replacement of storm intakes & piping (~2 EA & ~63LF), traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. Provided the following conditions are met: (1) The Contract Documents are returned complete and in a reusable condition, and (2) they are returned within fourteen (14) calendar days after the award of the project.
