The plans and specifications have not changed from the original bid Major items of work will include but may not be limited to: Replacement of approximately 1,250 LF of existing sanitary sewer stream crossings at various site locations in Winston-Salem, clearing (tree removal), bypass pumping. Streambank restoration at various sites to protect sewer stream crossings and site restoration. Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of any Bidding Documents obtained from any source other than the Issuing Office. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to the Bidding Documents that may be issued. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid they deem necessary for the best interest of the City, to accept any item or group of items unless qualified by the bidder, to acquire additional quantities at prices quoted on the Bid Form.
