Parma Town Hall Clerk Office RenovationsThe scope of the work includes the renovation of the existing Town Clerk suite at the Parma Town Hall in Hilton, New York. The work shall include minor demolition, two (2) new partitions, two (2) new transaction windows and counters, new carpet/wall base and some minor power and lighting additions. Sealed Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. In accordance with Section 101.5. of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, Bidders shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (C) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures. The Town of Parma, Monroe County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The Town of Parma does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
