Site work for a water / sewer project in Denver, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 17, 2019, this project is expected to rebid by the end of 2019. Construction of a new irrigation pond, water delivery system and monitoring from City ditch to the new pond, new vertical turbine irrigation pump, irrigation wet well and intake pipe. Modifications to the existing electrical and irrigation, with renovation of an existing outfall structure to accommodate the new pond and water works. Work will also include the installation of new forebay at east end of park, and landscaping. Estimated Value: Between: $1,548,000 and $1,892,000. Description: M/WBE goal is 18%. Prequalification Requirements: Each bidder must be prequalified as a 1A General Civil at the $3,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors.
