Site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Nixon, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,142-square-foot conference / convention center; and municipal facility.
***As of August 12, 2020 project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Additional printed construction document plan sets may be purchased at $185.00 per set, plus postage and handling if applicable. A downloadable electronic file of the construction document plan set is available for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Plans must be returned to the architect within ten (10) calendar days from bid date, in good condition, for a complete refund of plan deposit. During bidding, the Architect may consider written Request for Substitutions, received at least ten (10) days prior to the original bid date and hour. All bids submitted after this time will be rejected. At that time all proposals shall be opened and read aloud. No proposal may be changed, amended or modified after the same has been submitted. A proposal may be withdrawn, however, and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of proposals. The City of Nixon has the right to accept or reject any bid or to waive any technicality which may be in the best interest of the City of Nixon.
