Site work for a road / highway in Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project includes construction of a 1.4 km section of the Alaska Highway from km 1423.8 to km 1425.2 within the City of Whitehorse. This project includes extension of Range Road south to a new intersection with the Alaska Highway. The work consists of but is not limited to: clearing, grubbing, construction of subgrade, modification of drainage structures, modification of road median, modification of existing utilities, cut and mill existing asphalt pavement, asphalt pulverization full depth reclamation, select granular ‘C” subbase course placement, granular ‘A’ base course placement, warm mix asphalt concrete pavement supply and construction, line and message painting, supply and installation of traffic signal system, light standard base removal and installation, traffic control Level I, II and IV, and environmental compliance.
