Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Woodland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of construction of 190 feet of sidewalk of detached sidewalk from the NW corner of Beechwood Street north approximately 230 feet to match to existing sidewalk; 180 feet of attached sidewalk from the SW corner of Beechwood Street south to the NW corner of Hoffman Street; 11 feet of curb and 150 feet of striping for lane transition. The sidewalks are to be 6 feet in width and will be constructed within the existing street right-of-way (ROW) and adjacent to existing curb. Stormwater requirements will be met by minimizing the amount of new impervious surfaces to remain under 5,000 square feet. A drainage report is not required and permitting will be handled internally by City of Woodland staff.
