Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

This project provided for the reconstruction of E. 2nd Street and Robert D. Ray Drive from Locust Street to Grand Avenue including sidewalk improvements, storm sewer, pedestrian lighting, and planters. Robert D. Ray Drive will be reconstructed after the Locust Street Bridge. As of March 1, 2021, this project is currently in the City of Des Moines FY 2021-2026 CIP. It is currently unknown what approvals have been obtained. Information regarding design firm selection has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
