The Intent of This Project Is to Provide Tenant Improvements Consisting of Construction of New Floor to Ceiling Partitions and Associated Mechanical, Electrical and Communications Fixtures, Outlets, Receptacles, Etc. As Per General Specifications and Statement of Work, and Engineering Drawings. The Resultant Contract, if Awarded, Will Be State/locally Funded, and Is Subject to Fiscal Year Funding. The Estimated Contract Value Is $575 - $750 Thousand. This Project Is a Small Business Enterprise (Sbe) Set-aside Contract.
