BID PACKAGES: 009.26.02 - Site Sports Electrical PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS: Refer to the Instructions to Bidders section in the Construction Management Manual portion of the bidding documents for directions on submitting bids. Bids must be based on a lump-sum amount and must be inclusive of all bid package requirements. Bidders must fulfill prequalification requirements in accordance with CM's trade contractor procurement policy prior to submitting a bid for any Bid Package. Prequalification Questionnaires and applicable supporting documents are required annually, and are available at electronically or by contacting the Construction Manager's ("CM's") office at 913.393.6500. Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute a Master and Project Contract with Nabholz Construction Services, both of which are available for review from Nabholz Construction Services. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Missouri as well as all other applicable State statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid opening. By providing a bid, firms accept the obligation to honor bids for a period of 60 days after the bid opening. Nabholz Construction Services and Jefferson City Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
