Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of a 109,998 SF new facility to replace the existing 71,298 SF facility. The new facility will have a core capacity of 508 students in grades k-5. As of February 6, 2023, a general contractor has been selected and the project has been submitted to the city for zoning approval. This project is in design. Construction is anticipated to begin in July 2023.
