Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the purpose of contracting to construct a new Willow Run Airport Administration Facility and to provide electrical and network infrastructure relocation and upgrades at Willow Run Airport (YIP). The project includes all work associated with Package A and Package B. Package A - Construction of New Willow Run Airport Administration Facility. Package B - YIP Security, Communications & Electrical Infrastructure Relocation. There will be a single contract awarded for the construction services for all work described in this RFB for Package A and B. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.) Participation Requirements - Small Business Participation. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required, Insurance Required, Prevailing Wage Required, Certified Payroll. ADDITIONAL BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: Scan and upload Bid Form.
