If the Board of Washington County Commissioners determines to award the contract, the Board of Washington County Commissioners will award it based on the lowest and best bid as determined in the discretion of the Board of Washington County Commissioners. This is a Prevailing Wage project as outlined in the project manual.Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Washington County and the City of Marietta, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor & Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau. The Board of Washington County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
