Site work for a civil project in Parkland, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work of this Contract comprises of the following: 1.Rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer piping from manhole 122 (just west of highway 60)to the PLPS including the following: a.Flush, clean, dewater and remove settled solids b.Environmental protection measures as required by and outlined in the EPP c.Reinstatement of existing conditions (including but not limited to roadways, driveways, fencing, creek crossing structures etc.) 2.Design and completion of project execution plan including schedule, stamped, and sealed by an engineer of record registered in the province of Alberta 3.Submission of Issued for Construction(IFC) Drawings stamped and sealed by an engineer of record registered in the province of Alberta 4.Premobilization submittals as specified in Section 01 31 00. 5.Additional work as needed for the Design-Builder to execute their chosen method of rehabilitation. This includes but is not limited to: a.Bypass pumping, including development of STIs, equipment setup and removal b.Rehabilitation of manholes if affected by the work i.Note that manhole rehabilitation is not required as part of this project unless required to facilitate the Design-Builder method of rehabilitation. If manhole access is required, the existing platforms and ladders can be removed and do not need to be replaced. Connections from these to the manhole will need to be patched using approved materials and methods. c.If fencing around the storm management system located on the west boundary of the project limits needs to be removed for the project, the Design Builder shall replace the fence to match the existing condition. d.Temporary installation and removal of ramps and culverts to allow access of rehabilitation equipment along the Right of Way e.Any required leak repair or preparation work required on the existing pipe f.Grouting of Piping Annulus if required 6.The rehabilitation will be contingent on ACRWC securing regulatory approvals to proceed with the project. The Design-Builder may be responsible to provide relevant information to support the application. 7.Warranty CCTV and restoration inspections 8.Final Record Drawings submitted to the Owner
