For Sampson's Mill Road and Bridge Project Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as "Sampson's Mill Road and Bridge Project". The work consists of culvert demolition, bridge construction, roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements on Sampson's Mill Road, including hot mix asphalt pavement, hot mix asphalt driveway aprons, guardrail, and drainage system with infiltration system. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Bidders must be pre-qualified under Section 34 of Chapter 90 in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00. Prospective bidders must complete a one-time registration process on the web site in order to receive log-in credentials. Bidders must log in to the web site to download bidding documents for the project. Bidding documents may also be examined at the office of Tighe & Bond, Inc., 53 Southampton Road, Westfield, Massachusetts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded. The Town of Mashpee reserves the right to reject any bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All bids will be taken under consideration for award of contract at a later date.
