The project work consists of removal of existing curb and gutter, construction of asphaltic concrete pavement adjacent to existing pavement, converting existing drainage inlets to manholes, adding new inlets and/or catch basin along proposed curb and gutter and tying into existing drainage, removal and replacement of concrete driveway aprons and sidewalks, adding proposed handicap ramps, removal and replacement of signs, and stripping proposed turn lane. Each Bid must be accompanied by certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond acceptable to the owner in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and payable without condition to the owner.
