The proposed work for which LOTS is soliciting bids consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new bus drop off canopy and other associated work. Contract Documents can be down-loaded in PDF format from the website by depositing Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) by credit card. All said deposits are non-refundable. A bid security in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bids may be held by LOTS for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
